The Strategic Equity Advancement Plan (SEAP) is my blueprint for infusing equity & inclusion into the organizational fabric, designed to foster a culture of belonging and inclusivity. SEAP operates through a phased approach—Foundational Insights, Strategic Integration, and Comprehensive Overhaul—each tailored to progressively embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of an organization.

Foundational Insights Phase
Goal: Deeply understand the organization's culture
Deliverables: A comprehensive report highlighting current practices, perceptions, and areas for improvement.

Strategic Integration Phase
Goal: Embed racial equity principles into everyday practices
Deliverables: Strategy Report and Implementation Plan

Comprehensive Overhaul Phase
Aim: Spearhead institutional transformation
Deliverables: A 3-5 Year Strategic Plan outlining long-term goals, strategies, and metrics for measuring success in achieving racial equity.

The REDI Series serves as the cornerstone of the Strategic Integration Phase, offering a blend of dialogue and hands-on sessions to engage the community in meaningful change.
